My wife and I have needed a new mattress for a while but could not come to spending a large chunck of money for a new one when they normally only have 3 to 4 inches of memory foam on the new mattresses. I haven't slept this good for a long time. It has taken a little while to get use to the sinking in as the foam molds to your body. No problems now..... sleep right through the night!!!! I can not say enough about the customer service. I misunderstood part of the description of the topper(my fault), but customer service took care of everything right away and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied!!! I will order from them again in a heart beat.

In other words, it has a 3.4 pound per cubic foot density. Not a 6.8pcf density like the name implies.
Nowhere in the description do they state what the 6.8 actually means. It is NOT the foam density in pounds per cubic foot like most other memory foam products use.
